Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Taxi Trust account directly from this page. Enter your phone number to receive a verification code, then confirm deletion. All personal data is erased immediately.

What data is deleted
The following personal data is permanently erased upon confirmation:
- Phone number, name, email, and profile photo
- Saved addresses (home, work, favourites)
- Authentication sessions and device records
- Push notification tokens
- Pending OTP codes
- Driver profile and KYC documents (if applicable)
What may be retained
Certain data is anonymised and retained for legal and fraud-prevention purposes:
- Anonymised ride history — dates, fare amounts, and zone data with no link to your identity (tax compliance)
- Security audit logs — login events and anomaly detections, stripped of personal identifiers
- Payment records — transaction IDs as required by financial regulations (5–10 years)
None of the retained data can be used to re-identify you.
Processing timeline
- Web form — account locked immediately upon confirmation
- In-app deletion — instant (Profile → Delete My Account)
- Email request — processed within 24–72 h
- Full data erasure — completed within 30 days
